Your time is valuable—and so is ours. We kindly ask that you respect our schedule as much as we respect yours.

Card on File Required
To reserve your appointment, a valid card is required. No charges are made unless a cancellation policy violation occurs.
48-Hour Notice Required
Need to reschedule or cancel? Please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the service total

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the service total
Running Late?
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule—and a fee may apply.
Emergencies Happen
We get it—life happens. Fee waivers are considered for true emergencies at our discretion.

Before Your Visit
We want you to feel comfortable and confident walking through our doors. Please arrive with clean, dry hair, and feel free to bring photo inspiration so we can clearly visualize your goals together.
Appointment confirmations are sent via text. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled to allow space for clients on the waitlist.
During Your Appointment
This is your time to unwind. We’ll chat about your hair goals, maintenance preferences, and overall vision. Working remotely? You’re welcome to bring your laptop and connect to our Wi-Fi.

Re-Do Policy
We stand by our work. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We do not offer refunds, but we’ll make it right with a complimentary adjustment when appropriate.
