Your time is valuable—and so is ours. We kindly ask that you respect our schedule as much as we respect yours.

Need to reschedule or cancel? Please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any booking complications.
Running Late?
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or remove a service. We like to be as accommodating as possible. Please be mindful of your scheduled appointment time.

Emergencies Happen
We get it—life happens. We ask that you be mindful of your service provider's time. Should an emergency arise, contact The Shade Jade immediately so we can notify your service provider.
By booking with us, you agree that in good faith you abide by the 48-hour cancellation policy. This policy protects our stylists’ time, energy, and income—and helps keep your experience seamless and personalized. ​
Re-Do Policy
We stand by our work. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We do not offer refunds, but we’ll make it right with a complimentary adjustment when appropriate.
